Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Khushi Computer Education Center, we strive to provide the best learning experience for our students. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to cancel your enrollment or request a refund. Please review our policy below:

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Live & Recorded Classes: Once a student enrolls in a live or recorded class, cancellations are not permitted after access has been granted.
  • Onsite Classes: Students may cancel their enrollment at 7 days before the batch starts. A cancellation fee of 20%-50% may apply.

2. Refund Policy

  • Recorded Courses: No refunds will be issued once access to the content has been provided.
  • Live Classes: Refunds will only be considered if requested within 7 days of purchase and before attending the first session.
  • Onsite Classes: Refund requests made before the course starts may be eligible for a 100% refund. No refunds will be issued once the course has commenced.
  • Technical Issues: If a student faces technical issues preventing them from accessing our courses, they must report the issue within 7 days, and our team will attempt to resolve it. If unresolved, a partial/full refund may be considered.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days via the original payment method.
  • Refunds for payments made through third-party platforms may be subject to their policies and processing times.
